Very clean, great hot shower, outstanding air conditioner, very friendly staff, & great breakfast. Very safe.

The Wifi is slow but if you have an international plan with your phone company or SIM card you’ll be set

Exceptional

We hired a car so using GPS found the location but could find a sign with hotel name, We then read and it said where check in was which we found easily enough. We managed to park very close. We were then assisted and shown to room. Hotel was amazing I loved al the old charm from the huge wooden door to the marble and mosaic tiles. Then old style lift and marble stairs. Our room was lovely and we had the most perfect balcony overlooking the square. The bathroom wasn't large but gave us everything needed and had a nice shower with fantastic wall tiles and great sunken shower tray that was an excellent idea. I would really recommend this room. Breakfast was different. It was downstairs in coffee/patisserie. Fresh squeezed juice and what every we wanted to eat. The most fantastic range of cakes and pastries. Great coffee. I would recommend the fruit trifle, delicate and superb as well as the little fruit and custard tart

I can't fault the access and the hotel room. We had a jug for boiling water but no coffee or tea provided. We bought coffee which wasn't a problem but I couldn't find any where that sold milk. I would have like a savory option for breakfast. Sausage and egg or savory or sausage roll as cakes too much for breakfast.

Good nights and tasty breakfasts

Good location, a lot of cafes and shops nearby, friendly staff at the Cottini bar, excellent breakfast, room tidied up every morning. We didn’t have balcony but the window had a full opening so it felt like a balcony anyways. The noise of street is charming and didn’t bother while sleeping.

The outside door tends not to work but you can use the code provided with the keys then it’s no problem.

great location, very clean, great breakfast. We were very late checking in because of a medical emergency on our flight to Rome, but Valentina stayed up to check us in even though we were 3 hours late. The staff were lovely especially Janeiro and Valentina. Thank You.

Excellent value for an excellent location with easy access to the Hop on Hop off buses

Selection of pastries at the bakery was excellent. We had the added pleasure of a small concert on the steps of Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral while eating breakfast on our balcony- what a treat!!!

Great room, great location.

Location was perfect, walking distance to all the major Rome attractions and on the Big Bus tour route. Also close to the train station. Room was very comfortable.

Check-in instructions could have been a little clearer (i.e. you check in at the till of a bakery/shop downstairs, giving the name of that bakery/shop would have been helpful).

Superb

The accomodation was very near to the Termini and the centre of Roma. It was very quiet. It was cleaned every day. The breakfest (with the view of basilica) was excelent. Metro is about 10min. The staff was nice.

Excellent value with amazing breakfast and convenient location

The highlight was the incredible free Breakfast in the restaurant under the rooms. We had cappuccino, fresh squeezed blood orange juice, pastries and sandwiches. Its also a 7 minute walk to the Rome Termini, so it’s ideal for catching a train in the morning or a late arrival.
